The Workforce Projects Team is leading the way in producing a range of resources to fully support integrated workforce planning in long term conditions.
These resources, together with a conference DVD highlighting them were showcased at the highly successful Managing Long Term Conditions conference in Harrogate on 7th April 2009. WPT led the work stream 'creating a workforce to support long term conditions' delivering several presentations throughout the day and exhibiting resources in the main conference hall.
